Non-Alcoholic Firewhiskey

    1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale

    1 (2 inch) piece fresh ginger root, peeled and sliced

    1/2 cup cinnamon red hot candies

    2 cinnamon sticks, or more to taste

    2 habanero peppers, cut into 6 pieces (wear gloves)

    1 (12 fluid ounce) can grapefruit-flavored soda (such as Squirt®), or more to taste (optional)

    1 drop red food coloring, or desired color (optional)

Instructions: Combine the ginger ale, ginger, red hot candies, and cinnamon sticks in a large container; refrigerate until the candies dissolve completely, 8 hours or overnight. Add the habanero peppers to the ginger ale mixture for 4 hours or desired time; remove and discard peppers. Serve in small glasses.

Serves 1

Ingredients:

1 ounce vodka
7 ounces Bloody Mary mix
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
A teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
A sprinkle of black pepper
Lime
Asparagus spears
High proof alcohol like 151 or Everclear

Directions:
Fill a glass with ice and add the ingredients to the cup. Garnish with lime and an asparagus spear.
Drizzle with a high proof alcohol and light on fire. Don't attempt to drink your fiery drink until the flames have burnt out or you'll be expelled from Hogwarts.

Ingredients:
2 ounces Champagne
1 ounce vodka
2 ounces white grape juice
Purple sugar
Optional: Dry Ice
   Direction:
Pour a small amount of grape juice onto a plate and a small amount of purple sugar on a different plate. Dip the rim of the glass in the juice and then in the sugar until the rim is coated.
Add vodka, white grape juice, and ice to a martini shaker and shake until chilled. Pour into the martini glass and add the chilled champagne.
For a ghostly effect add a small piece of dry ice.

1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
2 ounces cream soda
1 ounce half and half
Butter
Sugar
Directions:
Melt a small piece of butter on a plate and pour some sugar on a separate plate. Dip the rim of your glass in the butter and then the sugar to coat the rim.
Pour vodka, butterscotch schnapps, cream soda and half and half into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake lightly until combined and chilled.
Pour the mixture into the glass and serve.

1 ounce vodka
1 ounce coffee liqueur
2 ounces of half and half

Directions:

Mix the crème de cocoa, vodka, coffee liqueur, and half and half into a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake until it is combined and chilled.

Pumpkin Cobbler
Rich spices and sweet peaches join forces to cast a powerful spell that you won't soon forget. 

• 1 part Goldschlager, 1 part peach schnapps, 1 part good vodka, 3 parts Pumpkin Juice. Shake with ice and serve up (in a chilled martini glass) or on the rocks. For a twist on this cocktail you could substitute other sweet liquors for the peach schnapps, such as Chambord, Midori, banana schnapps etc.

Hot Buttered Pumpkin
Allegedly a stolen recipe from Dumbledore's office, this amazing recipe is begging to be made at your next holiday party. Literally, it's begging. Would you just hurry up and make it already to shut it up?!

• 1 part rum, 3 parts Pumpkin Juice, 1 teaspoon of butter per 8oz drink. Microwave or heat the pumpkin juice on the stove with the butter. Once the butter is melted, stir and then add the rum.

Spiced Butterbeer
Served at all the wizard parties . . . well, the cool wizard parties.

• 1 part spiced rum, 1 part Stoli Vanil Vodka, 4 parts butterbeer (or other cream soda), serve neat (without ice) and top with rediwhip whipped cream that's been beaten to remove the bubbles and thin the consistancy slightly. Be sure your ingredients are ice cold or you'll have a warm drink. If making as a punch, float a single large ice cube (made in a bread pan) as to not water it down and have the whipped cream in a bowl for topping.
